Celina Cordos (b. 1994) holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the Department of Graphic Design of the University of Art and Design, Cluj-Napoca and in 2019 completed her doctoral studies at the same institution. Her artistic approach focuses on the genre scene in contemporary art as immersion in an intimate space as a scenography of inner explorations.

The theme of intimacy is central to Celina Cordoș' artistic practice, making her works very personal, sensitive, and even sensual as a consequence of the subjects she foregrounds. Interested in human complexity, the artist captures the moment between reality and dream, a moment of inner exploration.
